The Time Banking Model
Simple, fair, and transparent billing
Tier 1
Monthly Included Hours
Every month, you get fresh hours included in your plan. For example, the Starter plan includes 2 hours (120 minutes) per month.
Tier 2
Rollover Banking
Unused Tier 1 hours roll over to your Tier 2 bank each month. Your bank is capped (e.g., 600 min for Starter). Never lose what you paid for!
Overage
Only When Needed
If you use all Tier 1 and Tier 2 hours, additional time is billed at your plan's hourly overage rate. You're never blocked from getting support.
